We are a final sale only business but of course, please contact us if you have any issues with your order or would like an exchange. Please email customerservice@stowawaycollection.com exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, unwashed with original tags, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
All exchanges must be made within 30 days of date of purchase.
If you do not have a receipt please provide as much information about the purchase as possible so we can try to locate any records of your purchase.
